Here we go again

There have been 2 more auto accidents on North Nevada Ave in the last 2 days.

Thursday, August 4th, on the West side of the 2100 block, there was a roll-ever accident. No details on the accident, injuries or damage.

There was also an accident today, August 5th, in the same area. UPDATE: One of our neighbors on Nevada shared this information on today’s accident:

“Today, the 5th, it appeared that a car trying to cross or turn onto Nevada cut off two young people on a scooter. They flew off the scooter. The lady was lying in the middle of south bound traffic at Nevada and Madison and appeared to be in serious condition. They took her away in an ambulance. The guy was hobbling around and also appeared injured.”

With Kathleen Kraeger’s statement of Cascade being a “much more dangerous street than Nevada,” I’d be worried about how many accidents they are having, considering there have been 3 on North Nevada in the last 2 months.

Actually we are up to 4 significant accidents that I am aware of–and the bus/car accident and the swiped car another neighbor posted as well In these past 2 months. The other 2 occurred the same day– one at Nevada/Fontanero and the other at Nevada/Jackson. The bus accident was near Nevada/Uintah. Kathleen Kraeger would never answer his many bus accidents occurred on Cascade in 30 years. Hmmm

Thank you Melody – it’s getting difficult to keep up with the amount of accidents on this street. 🙁
